SHIPPING DURATION

100% of orders are shipped within 5-10 working days.

We completely understand the excitement and pain of not getting the order as you anticipated. However, we are trying our best to ship your orders with discreet packaging within 24 hours of confirmation. We would like to inform you that every location gets a different delivery time frame from our courier partners. Track your order online once your order is dispatched. Seven Mermaid committed to shipping all products together, which may not be possible sometimes due to product non-availability. We will inform you in such cases through the mail.

We make sure our courier partner delivers your order to your doorsteps. Seven Mermaid’s lingerie collections are available only across India. We do not provide items internationally as of now.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our side detailing your order ID and estimated delivery date.

IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED

If you find the packaging is damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us at 0411111111 with your order number. We will check and ensure that you will receive a replacement delivery at the earliest possible.

PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM SHIPMENT

It rarely happens as we practice multiple checks during our Warehouse product packing process. Kindly check whether you are charged for missing items in the invoice enclosed. Please contact us immediately at 0411111111 or mail us if you have charged for a missing item. You can share your queries in the Feedback/ Complaint section.

IF THERE IS A DELAY

We ensure you will receive your products on time or before the estimated delivery date. If the package hasn’t been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, kindly raise a ticket in our Support Portal, and we will take the necessary action to resolve your problems.

HOW TO TRACK ORDERS

Once your order shipped, you will receive an email mentioning your order details of the tracking number and the courier company. You can easily track your order after the package is out of our warehouse for delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTES

In unlikely cases, we may not deliver items in your order. You should make sure you will not be charged for that item if you opted for Cash on Delivery payment. Or if you will be charged a full amount for the product, you will get a refund in case of online payments.

In the unlikely situation, we cannot deliver your item as per the estimated delivery period, i.e. 5-10 days of the order. If we cancel your order, we will inform you of the same by sending an email. In such a case, we will refund the amount in your Seven Mermaid wallet against the unshipped part of the order.
